We love the fact so many of you follow us on Twitter because it gives everyone the chance to quickly let us know if we're doing something right, or to simply keep in touch with what we're up to.
And this week we've had a couple of really nice tweets that we thought we'd share with you, mainly because they relate to a couple of new things we're doing here at Theme Group.
The first was from a tweeter named SweetLux, who lives round the corner from The Old Chapel and wanted to praise our changing signs out the front. They said: "Can't wait for your next seasonal sign - cheers up our school run!"
Elsewhere, we had a swift thank you from tweeter lizziebroom - tweeting to show her gratitude for our branded advent calendar by saying "thank you for my advent calendar! can't wait till the 1st!"
We really like hearing from all of you, so please join in with our social networking on Twitter or Facebook, or comment on our blog posts to let us know what you think!

The mighty Tottenham's superb 9-1 mauling of Wigan Athletic at the weekend has given anyone with a Spurs player a major boost - especially with Jermaine Defoe's five goals and Aaron Lennon's mix of goals and assists.
The great win gave me a weekly score of 88 - my best in a long time - but Natalie Dobson (again!) has stretched her lead at the top thanks largely to goals from Defoe (5) and Michael Essien (2) and clean sheets for three Chelsea players.
But the real winner of the week was Butterfly Hotels' Dani Elstone, who racked up 117 points by having Defoe and Lennon in her side. Her score has lifted her up several positions into ninth, and puts her in the early driving seat for the manager of the month award.
So after a weekend that saw Arsenal lose to Sunderland and Liverpool drop more points, the top five are:

Despite claiming at the start of the season that she was clueless about football, Royal Holloway's Natalie Dobson has won another manager of the month award!
It wasn't quite as conclusive as her first win, in which she enjoyed a substantial lead over her nearest rivals, but it still means she has won two out of the three months so far.
It did look as though Richard Jee was going to take the prize after three impressive weeks - and he was closely followed by several others hoping to win the bottle of bubbly - but a great final weekend for Natalie gave her the prize.
Natalie was delighted when Mark handed over her prize - until he asked her if she had been in the same tracksuit since Mark took up her last prize at the end of September!

There were no Premier League matches at the weekend thanks to the International friendlies, but that’s not to say there were no developments.
The main talking point was the major injury blow to Robin van Persie, an injury that will affect Arsenal’s season and, in turn anyone who has picked him up front.
The weekend turned up other minor injuries, and players are also sure to use the weekend as an excuse if they underperform this week.
But other players did get enjoy the break – while Theme Dream members with van Persie in their team will be cursing the friendly weekend, anyone with the struggling Gerrard and Torres will be thankful that they have finally had a weekend to rest up and fully recover and start racking up the points.
So, going into the weekend’s games, the top five are:

This month's Who's the Fatty? contest had a record number of entries, with many of our clients extremely eager to point out that the character with the dodgy barnet and even dodgier wallpaper was, in fact, Mark.
When all the dust settled from the many interesting responses we had flooding in, the eventual winner was Mark Pritchard, head of marketing and media at Volleyball England - so at least they'll all be able to work off the delicious cakes!
(Our) Mark will be dropping off the prize soon.

The latest of our event-themed signs pays tribute to the brave men and women who sacrificed – and continue to sacrifice – themselves for us.
Although we have recently highlighted the fun of Hallowe’en and Bonfire Night, our Remembrance Day sign reminds us all of the bigger things in life.
We hope everyone will join us in remembering them and thanking them for all they have done.

A storming final weekend for Natalie Dobson, coupled with low scores for her nearest rivals, means she has been crowned Theme Dream manager of the month for the second time.
Richard Jee’s Thoresby Terriers had been leading the monthly table on 191 points, with Natalie close behind on 186 and Chloe Gee (184) and current holder Anna Mansfield (182) following her.
But a weekend score of 73 for Natalie and weaker scores of 59, 56 and 46 for Richard, Anna and Chloe meant the manager of the month award goes to Royal Holloway for the second time in three months.
Another league member who deserves a mention is Butterfly Hotels’ Dani Elstone, who scored a week-high 92 points.
Natalie is also topping the overall table – the current standings are:

Anyone driving past the Old Chapel this week would have noticed another seasonal sign, this time reminding everyone to remember, remember the fifth of November (today!).
We got some very positive comments from our Hallowe'en sign, and hopefully people will love our colourful bonfire night sign just as much.
This time of year is certainly a busy one, with one event following another in very quick succession - before you know it, it'll be Christmas, then the new year!
And all that means we will have a real variety of these signs appearing in the next few weeks, so keep your eyes peeled as you go past the Chapel, or pay us a visit to get a better look at them!

Only one weekend stands in the way of another manager being commended for an excellent Theme Dream month - and it's a tight call this time round.
Natalie Dobson has regained the hefty lead she built up at the start of the season, reaching 763. The next closest is our own Sarah O'Neill on 719.
But the monthly prize is, as you know, given out for the most points scored in four weeks - and that's not such an open contest. Richard Gee's haul of 92 points for last weekend has seen him move to third, and has taken his monthly score to 191.
Natalie (186), Chloe Gee (184) and Anna Mansfield (182) are close behind, while Simon Thomson, Lee Foreman and Garry Simpson are also within reach of the prize if they get a good weekend score and others slip up.
Within Theme, the biggest scorers from last weekend were myself (84), Marcus (82) and Lil' Lou (78). The top five throughout the league are:
